I wouldn't put very ,much energy in selecting the Throttle bodies. In the end they are just a tube with a flap in it, nothing special. Its just that they are difficult to manufacture in small numbers and therefore expensive. Jun, jubride, toda all should be more then adequate, just select the one that you can get the best bargain on.
As far as the ecu goes...TEC2 would suit you just fine and be a little less expensive. I'm guessing though that there is someone who is familiar with motec in your neighbourhoud, no?
I know that there is a company that makes IRTB's for MX5/miatas. When they sell a unit they send a couple of engineers with it to tune the thing on site. No bullshit, honest! They are called RS Aizawa, don't know whether they make products for other cars though..

Its in the engine section somewhere between the photo's. Look at the lettering on the back of the guy who does the install...This is a Japanese product beïng installed in the US....
