4A-GE wiring engine to chassis connectors
Hello,
I'm building wiring harness from scratch for 20v ST in ae86 zenki chassis using Ecumaster. I would connect to the chassis through OEM connectors. I have used search in this topic but with no results. I'm looking for Toyota part numbers of 4age wiring harness connectors but have struggled I had look in here but seems like there are only listed connector since 1991 https://www.toyota-tech.eu/wire_harness_rm/RM06H0E.pdf On the attached pics there are 2 main connectors for which part numbers are needed BR Lykowsky we ride together we die together |

They are in the RM06H0E.
Black: 90980–10443 (page 117 ) Yellow: 90980–10330 (page 168 ) Now, having the Toyota part number will not get you very far, the real challenge is to actually find them since they are probably discontinued. If you absolutely want to keep the OEM connector you could always reuse the connector body, but you still have to find the contacts and that mean finding the actual manufacturer (AMP, Sumitomo, etc...) and the serie they belong to. Again, provided that they are still made so you can buy them. Personally I would simply replace them with something easy to source. |

Is there a reason you can not use the current electrical plugs? I've pulled and replaced several wires on the connections/pins used at the ECU plugs. If concerned about reusing the wire pin, you could put a [[little]] solder on the wire pin connection. Dave W

Hello,
Thank you for reply. The reason for this is to keep always possibility to come back to stock engine wiring harness. I obviously would change pins for new ones but connector body is that what keeps me worried for availability. However I have managed to get one from Poland so topic is closed. @ProjectD - I have already spoke to dealership and they do not even have access to Japanese stocks Lykowsky we ride together we die together |
