You can take everything off except a connection at one end for the brake
booster hose and your single tapping into the common vacuum rail. The
rail acts as a collector and does away with the need for a separate
vacuum collector.

You can dispense with the ISCV if you plan to contol idle by cracking the
throttles open. Throttle opener gone, canister purge valve gone. The little
air bypass screws on each throttle are for balancing purposes.
