4agZe problem solved - 99% IC problem

Tam dum DAAAAAA? Dramatic music plays...
My stepdad just visited me and he lent me his stethoscoop or whatever you call that.

We listened to the engine together and found out that is probably a cam-shaft-bearing.
Easy to fix or not? Cant find much on the interwebz.

We listened on top of the engine from the oil-cap to the back towards my front window and you could hear how loud it got at the end.
So probably camshaft bearing(s).

We tried this without the belts on and with belts on - so it should be my block then I suppose.
Couldn't hear anything from anywhere else.
