4age 16v head on 20v Bt block running on MegaSquirt

I guys my questions are about my particular setup a 16v red-top head on a black-top block running with MegaSquirt 1 PCBVer2.2. I will also use stock blue-top wiring harness and stock igniter from 4age 16v working with stock dizzy+MSD blaster2.

Okay to begin the setup will run ITB's from the Black-top throught an adapter plate to fit 16v head.
My first questions is about sensors I will need to use to run the MegaSquirt.
I just want to know if someone have already try the setup and where you have put AIT sensor on open ITB? I have see setup running MS with AIT sensor in intake manifold but I cant figure it out with open ITB's without Int manifold.

Also what I need to get the Fast Idle work?
On the 4age 16v I think its a mecanical unit in the throttle body working the Fast Idle with coolant temperature but I dont really know what to do with open ITB's.
Do you know if the Fast Idle with open ITB on 16v head run with a sensor or with a mecanical unit? Or if idle is only provide by ajusting throttle plates.

My last question is about knock sensor...I have found a unit to plug in MegaSquirt which allow you to run a knock sensor with MS. Do you know if modifications can be done to the 16v head to run a knock sensor. I will take the knock sensor from the Ae111 head, re-wire it and run it with MS.(Not necessary but can be usefull!)

Also if someone have advises about sensors, open ITB on 16v head, and MegaSquirt wiring dont hesitate.
