hi ive bin told you can put a 1600 4age head on a 1300 block am just tryen to find out what 1300 block it is?can you help me please!

Never heard of this, you can put a 16v head on a 1800c 7afe bottom end alright.

I think they had Tercel's in England as well.
Early FWD Corolla E8's sedans or liftbacks (83-85) came with 2A engines as well. By the end of '85 the Corolla E8 Hatchback replaced the Tercel and all 1.3 Corolla's from that point on where 12 valve 2E's that won't be any use to you. |

Yeah I have heard it can be done but beware because the 1300 crank has 6 bolts.

Curious as to why you would do this? Are you racing in a 1300cc class?
