As far as i know there was never an offical factory 4AGTE. Like ditn said their normaly just converted 4AGZE.
There was an HKS kit available back in the days but i doubt it was streetlegal.

Toyota never made 4AGTE, only 4AGZE and 4AGE which their owners after conversion named 4AGTE.

Hi all friends, merry christmas to everyone, hope Santas were good with his presents to every of you!

Getting this post alive again, i would ike to ask turbo boys where exactly should i place downtube returning oil from turbo on oil pan?

I,recently get on scrappy a 4age celica pan to work with, so i dont have to stop my car during i modify it.
Any good advice/mod to make by the way we are working on it, like increasing capacity or build trap doors?

Its not a serious spec, just a turbo kit with external wastegate and hks fcon an gcc (old school items) and a 3bar GM map sensor attached. Looking for some low press kinda 0.4bar. Engine is stock and car is for street and some track and touge, eventually.

Many thanks in advance and happy days to all of you
Cheers

I had a bung welded to the oil pan for the return. Make sure it is welded properly so it doesn't start sweating oil. Also do not use a to small diameter return line

As a matter of fact i think the pan Ditn is referring to is my old one

Could you please post some pics of them to have an idea of where to place it? I possibly increase the capacity and add some trap doors made with piano hinges.

I suppose i will use same size return diameter as turbo oil outlet, dont i?

Thanks for your help!

I'm not sure if i have detailed pictures. I will double check. Pm me your number and i can send them via watsapp.

What kind of turbo will you be running? As your only aiming at 0.4 bar
