4agze overheating
Hi guys,

I'm experiencing some overheating problems with my ZE. Angry
I've took of all my waterpipes and cleaned out all the rust that was stuck in the pipes and put it back on.
I recently replaced my radiator with a new one and drove with it for more then 3 months. The car made a funny tick tick sound yesterday and when I checked the water levels there was hardly any water in the radiator. There are no water leaks whatsoever found on the car. Also my heater does not work inside the car although all the pipes are connected. Banging head

Do you think that I should replace my waterpump and flush the watersystem maybe?
or can you advise me to any solutions as to why it is still overheating?
Your suggestions and input is appreciated.

have you get all air out of the water system. Mine did leak water of head gasged.. when i pull hard then little leak. Try to put empty brake "water" botle to upside down to radiator cap.. Little tape and "screw" to plase put lots of water form cut bottom to bottle. AND start car.. THEN i only get all air from system out..

if water-pump is leaking THEN it show you must change it

No Corolla4agze, my waterpump is all good. It's just that my car was not driving for about a month. There is no signs of a headgasket that's going and the car still idles ok...

Try that way to get all air of engine and sure you have put the heater to HOT, so water will go around heater core.

I found the problem corolla4agze, It was the freakin thermostat which made the clicking sound. It caused the fan switch to not go on which I thought was the switch in general but was mistaken.

Anyways thanks for the advise as I will still do what you said just to play it safe. Thumbs up!

Boost on !!!!!!!!!!
