Fabricators are finishing the last few things off before it goes for blasting & paintwork on the underside, inside & engine bay.

In the meantime, here are a few pictures of the TRD manifold that has arrived Awesome piece of fabrication

The seats came from Miguel at Neweraparts.com, as for price you are better off asking Miguel as the price changes daily at the moment with the currency fluctuations.

Hi, we did the same thing with our beams ae86 , get rid of the stock intake manifold , and put an ems enginge management on it , custom exhaust manifold , and 48 mm Throttle boddies .

The next week we went dyno testing , whe where suprised , we did not got the ful power , we stoped testing and whent back to our garage , whondering what the problem was .

I took the stoch beams intake manifold , took the stock trottle of and looked inside . The long way the intake air goes in the beams manifold , is already verry wel desinged So we put back the stock intake manifold .

The problem is that the beams gas throttle opens only 75% and the rest is electrecal opened , becaus the traction control is on the throtle .

We took it of and took a 100 mm gas throttle , made an adaptor , and fine tuned it .

Result on the dyno , 18 Hp more , and 70 Nm more Torque , Now the torque is great .

We Did also steer the VVTI whit the ems , its good system bud needs a bit of fine tune .
