Anybody who lives in Los Angeles, CA 90064... need help...

i bought a corola te27 from a guy in ca in september and supose to ship it here to norway. nothing happend yet and i think he is trying to rip me of. is there anybody who want to make some chash and find out what is going on.
the last mail i got from him was in first of february and he said that he would take it to the shipping company. i have the name, phone nr and adress.
if sombody want to help or if anybody know some who want to take a job like this, i will be happy...
