 I bought my Hachi in the summer. Except the body (almost no rust) everything was in poor condition - engine, interior, suspension - EVERYTHING. Engine: I started with the engine - gradually it proved that the condition is quite good, there were only several fauls that made it bahave poorly - dirty injectors, bad timing, bad cables, bad..... 10 day ago I blew headgasket, when I opened the engine to my surprise it was in very good condition. The block is like new. I added a custom ehaust system - 3 mufflers (no silencer) - 5.5 cm diameter. Suspension: Front: Changed most of it. Rear: One spring was broken, so I changed both of them (Jamiemirror supplied a pair). I aslo added a pair of KONI SPORT shocks. Gradually it is becoming a nice car. This summer there will be complete body and paint job. The final target is ~200hp 4AGTE... ...and different color. AE86 GTS '84 Red Top |

Although the previos owner painted the lettering in red the engine is a classic T-VIS bluetop
)

Hi there
 You bulgarian guys sure like 4agte's.. I cant remember ever seeing that beige/brown two tone before, I think it woold look a great deal better with front lip and sideskirts attached. (In jamiemirrors pictures there where some loose brown sideskirts, did those come from your car?) FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |

Exactly!
My Hachi had two "fat" sideskirts - seen on Jamie's photos, but I removed them and they are his property now I prefer the look without sideskirts. However, I like the OEM front lip. Unfortunately I don't have one, and wouldn't spend 300euro for a new one. The color is original toyota gold+brown. This combination is rare, but it will be changed. I daubt between Graphite(dark grey), Dark Green and Red. AE86 GTS '84 Red Top |

Within the fibreglass group buy there are fibreglass or kevlar copies of the OEM front lip spoiler. THese would be £30 or £50 plus shipping

Thanx for the idea, but I want to keep the Hachi as close to OEM as possible externally and I would put only Toyota OEM front skirt.
Here, in Bulgaria, complete fiberglass front bumper costs approximately 100-150 Euro. AE86 GTS '84 Red Top |
