Banpeis project
Since everyone is complaining about the Dutch topic and I have to do work on my car I guess I should create the topic right now. Wink

I bought the car today from TE71Corolla. Tonight me and mux are picking up the car and bring the baby to it's new home. Hurray!

These are the things I found so far which need to be done:
- Windshield is cracked because of rust: known issue with the hachi
- Dent near the taillight on the right. Got the replacement for it and needs to be welded in.
- Rear brakedisk on the right is dubious. Might be dented or curved and needs to be checked out if it needs replacement.
- Interior is a bit of a mess: dash is still in parts except for the direct controls and odometer e.g., front seats are worn out
- Rust on non essential parts, but do need to be looked after in the next year.

So my first concern is the windshield and the brakedisk. Tongue

The car purrs like a kitten, the engine feels very directly whenever I open the gas and the gears feel great! Underneath the shell the car appears to be in great shape! Oh, and the car feels like it's glued to the road. Didn't dare to try to unglue the car. Confused

Pics will follow soon: Mux is taking his camera along (I hope!) since my digicam died a few months ago.
