I think it is not a big problem to fix. Cut the rusty part out, and weld a strong plate back in. I’ll take a few pictures of it when we will fix it.

Welding around struts are also great part of reinforcement job, because stock car has very poor plates connections on this parts, mostly pressed and fixed with special glue with only few welding points. I still have to put front strut bar to connect struts to stiff front end.
About reinforcement under seats, I’m not sure what to do because for now I’ll keep stock springs and there is no need for extra kilograms.

I also replaced fuel pump and put a new gasket.

Little update…
Wheels are back, rusty part under fuel tank has been replaced and fuel tank is ready to be plugged in. I’ll try to start the engine tomorrow to check my new fuel pump. I’ll also replace old fuel hoses.

How much did you pay for fuel pump?
It is for Hachi or from some other car?

That fuelpump doesnt look stock...the way it's attached with a screw clamp is not stock.

I took what I find in the store. It is 3.2 bar pump, suitable for several vehicles, like supra 3.0 for instance (according to their catalog).
It was not just plug and play pump, I’ve to made some modifications with wires plug and find the way to clamp it. I paid 100€ for this pump, while Denso hachi pump is around 280€ (with out filter and rubber base).
I try to run the engine yesterday; it runs great, no problem at all.

Yesterday I put back fuel tank. I had a few problems with old fuel pipe (main pipe from the pump). During disassembling I broke it, because it was impossible do unscrew it. I solve this problem by putting some 25cm fuel rubber hose 10bar, 7.5mm inner diameter with two clamps at each side. It should be fine.
Now, the car is almost ready for paint job. There is still some work with plastic bumpers, because of cuts and scratches they have.
I’m still not sure to paint the bumpers in red or live it in black?
