Bought My FIRST HOUSE!
So I suppose the official mortgage hasn't been set up yet, but the deposit went down, and we already pre-qualified so that shouldn't be an issue (I hope).
So the one we got is this style: And here is the rendering of the exact paint scheme/ exterior changes ours will have: House is SOLAR POWERED! Finally here is the Builder's site: http://www.garbetthomes.com/solariscollection.html Yeah we are very excited! First home! Also- First time home buyers credit- $8000 Energy friendly home credit- $7700 This will give you an idea of the garage. Ours is a little different, but same series: |

Thanks
Here is a pic I tried to take to show the height of that living room. Pretty tough for a good pic with an iphone, but enjoy. Took it while signing the construction contract today and paying for all the other deposits. At least they gave me a free Irobot Roomba haha. Thats what you get for spending money a cheap vacuum. also here is the lot/ sold: |
