I put an SW20 MR2 Turbo master cylinder on my kouki AE86 - drops right in with no problem whatsoever. You can find brand new ones on eBay for less than 50 USD. The flud level sensor connector is different but it's easy to change.

Edit: for example, here.

There is a guy on US ebay who sells OEM master cylinders at USD$59 or buy it now USD$65. I got one and it arrived in Australia in about 5 days. It has had the 'toyota' on the casting ground off so it's factory and brand spanking new.

It has the two hole attachment to the booster and these are at 180 degrees, i.e. horizontal. The front brake line comes out at 90 degrees from the end i.e. straight upwards rather than directly outward toward the front of the car. Simple to make up this small section of line. The brake warning loom connector is different from JDM but easy to swap over.

The booster is the stock AE86 one - only the MC is from SW20. The 90-91 SW20 MC is 7/8" in diameter, which is the same as the kouki AE86 one, but 92 onwards SW20 MC is 15/16" and should provide a firmer pedal feel over the original - especially when using non-standard brakes, such as the FC3S twin-pot ones.
