Can Brake Boosters & Cylinders be bought new?

I've never had to buy either of these before and due to a suspicious loss of brake fluid in a matter of a couple of weeks with no sign of leaks, I'm wondering if either of these might be the culprit and where I could source them new?

New might be hard to find and expensive.. reconditioned ones should be out there though.
Which is good as new to be honest.. I bought one once.
Don't know about the booster but it cant be the source of your fluid leak.
If the master cylinder is leaking you might be able to spot some bubbles in the reservoir when the brakes are being applied.

Boosters i don't know.... But master brake cylinders can.....

Any European Aisin dealer can get you a Zenki or a Kouki master cylinder.

Thanks guys, I will keep it in mind as I think I might have sourced the leak elsewhere on a weeping brake line, will tighten it up and see if it resolves my issue.
