Banpei still has a grill but I doubt posting it to the US would be worth your while I'm sure someone closer to home has one.
You should find a way to remove the glass and properly repair that rust damage, if you do it the way your describe I'm sure you'll have troubles with it again in no time. It also should be hard to get new bolts and stuff for the bumper, they are all standard sizes you can buy in any hardware store. Only bolts in critical places like suspension you have to be careful with, these often are strengthened bolts so you can't use any old bolt. The suspension problems are just the balljoint and steering link. The bolt in the link is bent a little and the balljoint is very, very loose. The tire rubs te back of the fender. My mechanic said the control arm needed to be replaced... but I don't see why. It looks fine to me. I'l get some pics of it all.
