Color White or White?

Im buying new stripes to my car, since the old ones are now... well... too old.

But, my question is, what is the difference between (in this case front fender right) these two parts in colour (if any):

MOULDING FRONT FENDER OUTSIDE RH

75611-12290-18 White, white, 2T7
75611-12291-08 White, white, 2T7, 041

So the difference is between "2T7" and "2T7, 041" but what does that mean? I can spraypaint the stripes since the car is new bright white and not original anyway and buy the cheapest I guess.

One is probably more of a cream than a flat white.

Toyota have 040 white and 043 white and 040 is much different than 043.

Check your VIN plate? Paint code should be on there?

My car was red from factory and now painted in Bright White so the color doesnt matter, I have to paint them anyway.

But if thats the only difference, I will buy the cheapest ones.
