Cusco adjustable top mounts on Konis problem
Hi guys

I know this was mentioned before but was not able to find the thread.

I just wanted to fit some Cusco top mounts onto my Koni dampers but the top screw is too big.

What was the solution to this??

Thanks for your help.

had that problem......
just find normal nut's (not long ones) but with the locking bit or use loctite

with the T3 camber plates, i used smaller nuts on that picture.

but some time after i machined the camber plates a bit so that the locking bit actually touches the thread.

Did you just machine the existing nuts down?

Isn't it having some kind of play this way?

i did the same, without the bit going inside the camberplate, never had any problems with play at all Smile

it's not the camber plate that was machined (or the nut) it's a spacer that the T3 camber plates have between the shock absorber and the camber plate.
never had any problems with play with both solutions

@speed inc

In verbindung mit den konis brauchst eigene muttern, ich schau dir zuhause mal nach, vielleicht habe ich noch die teilenummern bzw. die abmessungen von Tein.
