DIY: How We Can Rescue The OEM JDM Steering Wheel
I get this Steering wheel without metal Horn Stuff then I tried to make a Custom style Horn stuff.
Here is the pics of the Steering Wheel Then I get Styrene Sheet from Hobby Market (Plastic Modellers using this stuff for making body kits or st like that.) Stuff is st like that: http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/evg/evg19010.htm Then I made a copy of the OEM Plastic button I saw I have to glue some sheet for unequal place Then I saw some rust on the wheel I am going to take out them next couple days. I can get your opinion for the colour of the wheel. And I need a new cool Horn Button I can get the offers too =) Its looks like this =) Here is the Finish! I am going to buy some Carbon fiber couple of next day and then I am going to cover the red part with it. Cheers http://www.ae86tr.com |

DIY: How We Can Rescue The OEM JDM Steering Wheel
I would have found a way ..
Still I think there is a better approach. Weld up all the little holes and seams, then find a round ring that will fit in the center hole and take a horn button, or weld it down to the correct size with a bit of metal... Would look kickass.. Another option would be to find some way of fitting the center pad back and install a horn button somewhere else. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |

Remove the Levin sticker and paint the center you made black as the rest of the wheel.

You cant have it here without the horn either. But also cant have MOT legally with coilovers and bucket seats and racing seat belts etc etc....good spot, for corruption...
