Hey guys I know most dont like motors from another company
but it's cheap and makes good power. Running 15psi now, I did
blow the ringlands on the 1st cylinder this week but it's back together
now.

Motor is a stock Nissan KA24DE from a 240sx along with a
stock transmission. Probably making a little over 300hp and tq.
255 walbro fuel pump
450cc injectors
Sard FPR
Holset HY35 turbo
homemade log turbo manifold
celica supra rear
6 puck clutch centerforce
3" exhaust all the way back
FC front brakes
wheels are centerlines
And most important is the Megasquirt controlling it all

why didn t you use the sr20det motor?

hi! sr20det is mutch more expencive then the 24de engine,i use the sr20det engine in my ae86,must be ready in 2008 for the drift series,it will have aproxx 340bhp on the crank

Yup motor is a 2.4l, picked because I wanted to go cheap.
I can get these motors all day long for under $200 and local
sr20's around here are about $1,500 for a redtop.
I spent probably a little over $1,700 on my swap with all
the turbo goodies
Also the torque on these motors is insane
I didnt take any pics while swapping but I'll post some
more pics showing some more detailed stuff if people
want.

That is actually one of THE BEST engines I tested in my life.

I dont feel bad for the swap, I just HATE people that makes swaps with non-Japanese powerplants for hachis

i absolutely love the swap, i did the ca18det, it was an incredible powerplant, now im working on my 7mgte, i love anything that replaces the 4age, and its 12 horsepower, lol JK guys hehe

Well i have a question, if this engine is that good, why people prefear
the sr20det? The difference in the price is huge.
