Finally I made the new lexan windows by myself. I wanted to depend the original look of the car with OEM molding. That took me for 2 days but I think it worthed the time.
Firstly I cut the shapes of the original windows from the policarbonat panels. Making the 2 front side windows was simple because I don't have any lifter system in the doors. So I just fitted the windows to the original rubber casing and fixed them. The rear side windows were a little more complicated because I had to paint the original patterns but I think it was a good effort. The most difficult thing was the rear windshield. Not the cutting, but to replace it to the door. After a half day work finally I made it too. And all these work happened to reduce weight with 8,5 kilos. http://ae86.blog.hu - closed 2006 Toyota Corolla Verso 2.2 D4-D 1992 JDM Nissan Silvia PS13 RB26DETT powered |

Finally, I got my 4A-GE ZDoman the hungarian hachi builder, made a fine light tuned engine for me. The 4A-GE revving nicely, and sounds very good without any bad mechanical noise. We have 1-2 hours work left on the car and I hope we can do a test run today.
AE101 ITBs on my engine Unfortunatelly it isn't mine. I'm planning to buy ITBs, Greddy E-manage and better camshafts later. my real engine the other side http://ae86.blog.hu - closed 2006 Toyota Corolla Verso 2.2 D4-D 1992 JDM Nissan Silvia PS13 RB26DETT powered |

Those windows are great work and 8.5kg is almost 1% so that is good.
And yes, get an electric fan. Looks really good your car and garage. Put up some video when it drives. Guys, why to push the electric fan that much? Is it really that better?
The electric one can stop functioning so letting the engine overheat while the stock one lasts forever (at least until the car is smashed from front...). 1987 Toyota Corolla GT coupe - for holidays oversteer 2005 Toyota Corolla - for daily understeer |

the efan is so much better. The engine just revs nicer und it is so much better for the engine... it produces way more air flow than that stock ting and on the dyno it gave me 2.4HP
