Anyone who is running a standard engine but with camshafts with a lift of 8.5-9.0; the engine is not non-interference anymore.

I know this as i've just found that my cambelt snapping last year caused 3 valves to become bent with the maximum of 6 valves to be replaced.

I had excellent compression is cylinder no1 of 185psi but nothing in 2 or 3 and 4 was 90 which was also poor.
