Gravel Rally AE86 from Australia

Hi all,

My names Michael and im from Adelaide in South Australia. Ive had my 86 for around 2 years now and its a very big money pit. Im building it as a gravel rally car. Its pretty basic at the moment but plenty if bigger better things to come. Runs a pretty standard 16v and has had a full weld in roll cage installed which extends to the front strut towers. Everything else is pretty minor. But! lots of goodies are on order. Last weekend we had the 1st round of the Clubman Rally Championship here in Adelaide. It was in an Autocross format. We were running 1st in P2 all day but due to the lack of light given by standard head lights we lost 1st by 2.5 seconds on the night stages. Still for the 1st event we have ever competed in 2nd is a very good result. Now time for pics
