I know of Lake Winnebago, which happens to be right near the city of Oshkosh, that I do ice racing on sometimes. My brother also goes to university there, at University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.

I'm not exactly sure where the previous owner got that bumper, and it's kind of sad that it's got a huge gouge in it. But hey, it adds character. I'm pretty sure he got it from overseas at some point in time. He and his wife had a baby, and he just didn't have the time to give to this project anymore. I'm going to need to find a proper grille piece to fit, I think.

I'm going to have some body work done, to actually get the paint all one color, and put on the other bits like the sideskirts and rear bumper. Plus, I want to put on a muffler that isn't hanging off the back end, I'd rather have it tucked underneath, and have a subtle tailpipe out the back.

I figure at least one year with this engine, before I put in the other engine that I have for it. The previous owner build up a nice 5-rib (or is it 7, I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember) block, with some GZE pistons, and I've got a log manifold, a Volvo T3, and a megasquirt and harness all ready to go in, but I want to learn the car with low power before I get too crazy. I was almost able to get a nice 20V head too, but his brother-in-law wanted that for his own project. Ah well, maybe someday.

I've got to get a working camera and take some pictures of everything, too.
