Hatchback's AE86:it goes on...
Today i had some time for my hachi
first i think about how to cut the old arches. Then paint a cutting line... first careful then with power get a little shock because of the rust.. but dont be afraid, its the only way i will have to think about the inner arches... First try if it fits......and its ok. I painted the next cutting line, but it gets to cold in my small Garage.... Today i spend much money in good tool It can do holes, too. I will try to do everything for spend a long life for my 86 |

Yesterday my welding machine arrived, so i'll decided to check it out
Here i show his new place to him.....there you'll see, how small a garage can be :] the gas bottle is a little bit to big.... Here you'll see, what happens if you cut away the rust at the rear door. cutting the metalplate... and weld it. the weld points are not very nice, but strong. its only a cheap welding machine, but for the price it's very smart. :] finished. looks good, doesn't it? I was bored, so that i went in the garage again after dinner.... cutting a piece of metal....... weld....... nearly finished...... look from the outside to the no-more-rear-wiper hole but now its too late to work futher. my neighbours gonna kill me |

thank you,
i weld in my old job, i was an car-mechanics, but my health doesn't allow me to work in my job. I had some knee operations, an now i can't stand a long time. And i'm only 27... Now i'm a car sellsman at an Toyota-dealer |
