If its a normal gt-s it might work,
things like rollcages and other brakes and stuff are forbidden etc ..

control technique i believe? could be wrong though. The yearly inspection for vehicles over 4 years old. Would have to pull the rollcage but dont see anything else that would keep it from being roadworthy

I don't think MOT (contrôle technique) will be an issue. You can register the car as oldtimer (so don't need national homologation). The oltimer can now have sport supsensions, avia brake lines... For the rollcage, it depends on the model and if you want, you can try to register the car as rally car.

Last place I lived was GA but I call NC home had to make another account since it seems like the mods here dont want to approve my account for whatever reason. AE86irl got my account going in no time
