Hello from Germany!
Well...it looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you...remember that your first concern is always the bodywork and chassis...get rid of rust, paint the car in black primer and then get cracking on the suspension and weigt reductions...the engine really is the last thing to worry about unless it doesnt run well.

Mulisha Wrote:Thanks for the welcomeIf you upload the picture it will resize the picture if the size is too big (both in kb and in dimensions). Hello from Germany!
yeah, the body isnt in that bad of shape, for a hachi. Flat black is the way to go. If I could show you the suspension it would be sad. The junkyard drilled my struts to deservice them. So I JB welded the holes took the front struts apart. Filled them with 90w gear lube, resealled them and put Golf 4 heated front springs on it. Hard ride. The back suspension I couldn't take apart so they are blown. So I took mustang springs cut them in half and wedged them in place of the old ones. Car sits nicely lowered but the ride is Hell. Id rather drive on Frankenstien suspension than stilts
