I bought the pins and had the knob custom made by a guy I know. In all it worked out very well. I'm also thinking about making a few more in different styles to see what other one's I can come up with. For a first attempt I'm super pleased at the results!

its pretty cool, but a tad too tacky.. i think it would work better with just the TRD logo.

I figured I'd give this way a shot might as well go rice or go home on this one! As for the different shapes, since it's the acrylic stuff I'm not sure if the TRD shift knob style will work good or not I don't want it to feel cheesy. For some reason I feel that the TRD shape is more fitting for leather wrapped knobs than this resin one. I was thinking of trying just a cylinder one next. Maybe even try some different colors. |
