Well, we have more than 26 Dutch hachi owners on the forum, and we come across more and more.
Besides that: some people own two hachis and some even three.

In Portugal had been sold by Salvador Caetano (Portuguese Toyota Dealer) 596 units.

Some of them were used to race (rally & track).

I own three of which one is registered.

I personally know of 20 registered and driving.

I would have to say, that there is more than 50 driving around. Most owners don't even know what they got...

There is one city in Poland, where two rally cross drivers were using AE86's in the under 1600 class (and winning), which made it popular in that city... and from what I heard a few years ago, ther was 7 of them registered there.

daytona, if there are so many people around that drive the car not realizing they have something special, start contacting them. Those are the kind of people who will sell there car for little money
