My guess, there was small bump on kerb, or kerb bricks was uneven. You dont need much in such conditions to flip over.

I think just the kerbs would do it already...though I'm sure they are bumpy as well. This is one of the curves at the nordschleiffe where you can easily take a bit of extra risk. The entrance is wide and easy to oversee. The exit is slightly on-camber and uphill..So you throw the car at the apex like a dart arrow (relatively too high speed) and rely on the grade to catch you at the exit.
If you play the vid slowly you can see exactly what happens. He throws the car at the apex and all seems fine, but the rear steps out exactly at the apex. As a result, instead of clipping the apex neatly and using all of the trackwidth, the front rotates onto the kerb sending the car flying. You need to see those kerbs IRL just to appreciate how high they are.
