I'm searching for this wheel
crankshaft timing pulley.
your supposed to use SST 09213-70010 and 09330-00020 to remove it. Basically a tool that bolts to the pulley so you can hold it while the other undos the nut. Then SST 09213-31021 to remove the pulley, which is basically a puller. You must be able to buy these new although I dont know the part number. It should be stamped on it . Might be this Pulley, Crankshaft Belt Drive 13521-16010 Here is the link to the 4ag manual. http://files.aeu86.org/manuals/4A-GEManual.pdf |

I'm searching for this wheel
I usually drill 2 or more holes on them and smash 'em off with a hammer...and then buy new ones...

I'm searching for this wheel
thanks Hachi and Totta..
well if its cheaper to buy the wheel I might actually break it off.. Quote:I usually drill 2 or more holes on them and smash 'em off with a hammer...and then buy new ones... this is what my mechanic suggested but as I didn't know where to buy this wheel I told him not to. How much is this wheel and anyone has a link to this on ebay I couldn't find it? Cheated on my いたずらな女の子 and now I can't get enough of her.. |

I'm searching for this wheel
In my experience the timing gear is usually seized on after being on for all those years and usually breaks even when using a SST. In the end people seem to break either the gear or the woodruff key or both. You could try using a penetrator like PB Blaster to release the rust grip that's got the gear stuck on the crank, but even that might not work.

I'm searching for this wheel
well I'm hoping that if its cheap to get the wheel to not care about keeping the wheel in one piece when removing. So anyone out there knows where I could get the wheel?
