Idea - Owners diary forum ???
Hi mods,
I was just wondering what you thought about an idea I had. I wonder if its worth creating a new forum called 'Owners Diaries' ? This way each hachi owner could start a thread and add new posts each time something significant happens in their hachis life. I toyed with creating a blog to do this (maybe there is a blog/journal extension that can be installed in phpBB ? - I know there is one for the vBulletin software I use on my westfield forums) I got bored but you can check out MyHachiRoku Blog just an idea. Regards Ian. |

Hmmm, I'll have to look into that...
Problem is that the last entered blog will appear as the last entry in the topic if you use phpbb... That is easialy fixed by reversing the messages, but then the whole forum will be reversed... I'll see if I can find something today... 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

Jamie, the difference is that in a forum your project updates can get clogged with reactions by people. A nice clean blog may be nice for someone who wants to look at your status update...
Still I must agree that I find the project forum fitting the bill just fine.. Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |
