Episode 20 has been fansubbed by ProjectD as well.
I've only seen 19, but the fansub is okay, quality of the video is less okay: a bit grainy and blurred. However, for those who can't wait for L&E: go get it!

21+22 is already confirmed for just over a month from now, so I'm guessing there will be loads more

This one may even outlast stage 1!

Already added to the Airdate schedule.
I think they will continue up to 26 like first stage.

I also watched ep. 20 by ProjectD briefly, it's the same quality.

I think they will continue, the 26 episodes is the standard season lenght for a TV show on normal TV in Japan. Stage 2 was 13 episodes because they only broadcasted an episode once every 2 weeks so it was half the standard lenght.

Stage 4 however is broadcast on commercial TV so they have a contract with the TV station on a per episode basis with a garanteed 14 episodes having been ordered originally. In theory the series could be endless and they will just move to stage 5 when they hit the end of the stage 4 comic series.

But these are unconfirmed rumours from other fora..

I know... Most anime series are either 13 or 26 eps. I wonder what they will do: the comics are only up to the end of Stage 4. WIll they ask Shuichi Shigeno to write out the next storylines?
