Here a pic of the toyota S800 I saw on the university parkinglot..They are really great little cars, look real nice..This one was in excellent condition and had 13" black racing watanabe style wheels. Sorry about the quality..its just a cameraphone..

I saw one a few months ago at a Belgian Toyota dealer. Very nice little cars, but i won't fit in i guess "It's all about the heart, the people who focus on parts, turbo's and all that stuff...they're just losers." -Shinji Minowa |

It's a two seater, isn't it? A miniature 2000GT I guess...
Wouldn't mind owning such a car though. 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

miniature 2000GT is to big name for this car
Indeed it's a two-seater, but for japanese people They are a bit more affordable then the big brother, the last one i saw for sale went for around 25.000 euro i believe. "It's all about the heart, the people who focus on parts, turbo's and all that stuff...they're just losers." -Shinji Minowa |

Wow, I have always been fascinated by this little car. I was not aware that there actually are some of them in Europe as well.
A while ago, I was actually toying with the idea of building a small space frame around a motorcycle engine and covering it with an S800 fiberglass replica body. I still think that it would be an awesome long-term project but with the projects I have on my hands right now, it's better to keep this one as a hypothetical one for now. |

@86er...College punks? uhm..don't think they have them here..This is Todai, the JP equivalent of something like Yale or MIT..Mind you..they seem to be in short supply of punks anyway..would have no worries parking my car anywhere.
@Firehawk..the picture was taken in Tokyo..there are some in Europe though..only not that many. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |
