Where are you from? Is the car in a mint condition or modified? Original AE86 in grade 1-2 are about 8-10K Euros. Modified ones or grade 3-4 cost uasally 3-6K Euro. I've never seen Hachis which were driveable (no complete rustbuckets) under 3k Euros.
Do you got any pictures of the car?  edit: next time try not to make multiple posts for 1 question in different sections...
