Same rust spots,common disease...
Also,again previous owner fixed most of the things with silicone and simmilar stuff. |

Right part of the trunk welded,a bit more to weld on the left part.
Also,cleared the front fender area. |

Nothing to do at home while it's raining,so i removed the head from old 1.2N engine.
Condition of the surface after sanding Old exhaust port for comparison. A lot of more work on exhaust ports Bought Schroth Rallye 3 ASM few days ago. Also bought Sparco Sprint Junior,needs work though. |

Chose potential valves for this head, 35.5mm intake and 30.5 exhaust instead of std 32 intake and 26 exhaust,also finished the 2 of exhaust ports in boundaries of my tools and possibilities.

im looking forward to the end of this project already,
iƧ seen old cadets here in holland, and then can look like smaller Chargers ![]() if you buld em out a bit and put some ricestuff here and there, xD But they can be really nice cars ![]() Good luck m8 Money bar: (0,-[=|1.000,-|========]12.000,-) my goal: a AE86 Trueno Sprinter of my own. |
