Leaky heater control valve?

Hello Everyone,

I recently purchased a 2 door Levin that had a little oil leak from the oil filter, after changing the oil filter and fixing the leak I noticed that there was some coolant dripping from the back of the engine bay. I followed the fluid up to a pipe next to the clutch fluid reservoir, the pipe goes into what i can only describe as like a metal disk (flying saucer shape) thats bolted to the bulkhead.

Does anyone know what this could be? and if so where can I get a replacement part?
