Lego Initial D?
People keep submitting Initial-D and generic AE86 model ideas to Lego but so far none of them have ever been chosen for production as an official Lego product. Hopefully in the future we'll see one, but those CaDa versions look pretty good and they're certainly cheaper than official Lego.

Lego Initial D?
I'm guessing they have some serious licensing issues to get those things to market dealing with both Toyota and the creators of Initial D. Lego is probably not interested in following up on that unless they expect StarWars like sales. Alas.
