Lights - How to turn these on

These lights are cornering lights on Kouki AE86 (85-87) Trueno and should work on single side indication only not Hazards like the above video. The proper bulbs are 12V 35W. As said above the small orange lamp section is parking light and the big orange lamp section is indicator. These lamps should only in conjunction with position 2 on the light switch i.e. headlamps up and on and when you indicate. Can you hear a relay clicking off about 3-4 seconds after the indicator cancels as that is the delay between indicator cancelling and cornering light switching off. Kouki Levin also has this function in the sidelights that's why they have twin filament bulbs in Jap Levin's sidelights.
