light switch can be turned in 2 clicks.
1st click are those lights, second click are those light + head lights. could be that the flipping headlight have 3 clicks, dont know, but then the second click would popup the headlights. Im not too familiar with the trueno. |

Lights - How to turn these on
Ok thanks, they aren't coming on then. I've checked the bulbs for continuity and they are fine...
The fuse box has only a few fuses, all of which are fine... My Hachi Roku |

Lights - How to turn these on
ok just been out to check.
All other lights are working fine. there is a connector that is 4 wires for sidelights, indicators and these lights. The plug. [code:1:d8468c0bcf] [GND][12v] [???][12v] Ignore this, this is wrong... ^ That connection goes to those lights. it doesn't get 12v, it constantly has 0.05v [/code:1:d8468c0bcf] Have a look at the attached pic. the inside lights seem to act as you said that the outside lights should... Any ideas. My Hachi Roku |

Lights - How to turn these on
I've turned all combinations of lights on and they don't light up...
But i am missing a switch from the car which i have now discovered is the fog light switch... i shorted the plug and the lights still don't come on... also tested continuity from that connector where the switch should be and the plug and there is nothing... if some one could confirm they are fog lights i'll rewire it... well, since your turn indicator light turn on when city lights should be going on, i was hoping the city lights would go on when you turned on your indicator lights...
if so, then those wires would be swapped or the wrong lens is placed. it would be a very strange place to place foglight btw. them being so close to the corners. |

Lights - How to turn these on
It sounds more like it's wired like a zenki Trueno to me...
Maybe some Initial D fan wanted it to act like a Zenki? Anyway, this is how it should operate: So everything works normally on your car, except that the white part doesn't light up when engaging the turn signal. 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |
