7K+twin IDFs ? Evil

In fact I never seen Japan-located KP61 modified with engine from different family. Some kind of strange cult ?

It sounds as if you gúys are further ahead with planning this thing than I am Big Grin But as I said earlier I have to get it straitened and then worry about engine, suspension and so on Wave

But it is very tempting building a nice 4K. +100 hp shoulden't be much of a problem Hurray!

Sarcasme is just one of the things I offer Wink

Hey Jan

very nice car. As you know I prefer fuel injektion vs carburators but it is an old classic car.. maybe it will be af shame to put an engine with fuel injektion in such car, but on the other side 100 hp is not enough. and I have no good experience with carbs.

sorry my bad english, hope you understand

Hey Martin!

I would choose EFI any day over carbs - specially for a daily driver. I like the 4AGE because its cheap, reliable, ok stock power for a light (stripped) car and plenty of aftermarket parts.

What bore / stroke does the 7K have? I want something revvy

7k is not much for revving, but good torque.
check this out:

couple of guys doing the install - depending on what you can get, 7k came both carb & efi.
if you want a revver, stick with the 4k/5k...
