Smoking

Ah, thank you all for your support...

I think I've had the most horrible part yet. Already two horrible nights and a lack of sleep. I think if I manage today at work I can definetly do it.

JonT: I quit smoking five years ago and I guess now it was time to give up cigarettes as well...

Good luck banpei! I wish you a clear mind and a strong will.

I've quit 4-5 times already. Now I'm on 1-2 cigarettes a day. I don't have my own packet and never carry lighters or matches. But I enjoy a cigarette with my coffe or drink, so there's an excuse for me to not quit totally.

I used to be somewhere between 5 and 10 cigarettes per day, so not too much either. And the sound of 1 or 2 cigarettes is very tempting, but I guess that's out of the question. I know myself too well...

I still smoke buuut yea, not very often, like once every month maybe, so its not like a habit or anything, and doesn't kill the wallet

More importantly: it doesn't kill you. I was already having some nice sideeffects from smoking 16 years.
