yeah the figure in PS (german) is a bit higher then the HP (uk and other).. but it should be something like 2 % i think..

Nope, they are not.
bhp/SAE-hp indeed differs only 2 percent from the german-ps, but I meant the RAC-horses. The fact that that gives me improbably high HP for a stock engine with minor changes doesn't change that. But I'll get a second opinion some day soon, still want to go onto the dyno that Speedline promotes from time to time. Just measure 0-100km/h a couple of times.
Data points to use are the stock-value for the ae86. Other data point: civic 910kg, 125ish bhp, WWD (wrong wheel drive) 0-100 in 8.1secs. Thats the funny thing about perky engines..I know cars with 125whp that run a 14.5 quarter mile..while the hp might not be much, the 1/4 mile time says it all.
