My first 86 - N2 AE86 Trueno
Quote:looks pretty tidy to me...where do all you english guys find the cash to buy these wild imports? Pimping hoes  Quote:Wierd coincidence! I was dribbling over the various cars Garage Shapple have pics of on their site. Hope all goes well with having it shipped over! They have another nice Trueno set for drift for sale 600,000 yen bigger spec sheet than mine and just as good a condition IIRC. They also have a nice series 1 RX7 slammed on some deep dish rims which looks ace. The car is with my importers contact in japan ready to be shipped, just waiting for the frigging bank to release the funds - they are taking ages! It should be here in about 7 weeks or less. Fingers crossed for just before christmas but it seems a bit unlikley with the bank delays. Quote:Bet your ass wont fit in that seat!!!!! I had the same problem, Nice car mate lol, what you trying to say I have a fat arse Your probably right mate, if I remember the Recaro' buckets are a similar size to the Sparco buckets which thankfully are a bit more generous in the bum area - unlike Cobra, Corbeau and Bride which all feel like my ass is in a vice. Quote:So, how much did she set you back mate? I'm not a huge fan of the N2 body kit (makes the car look like a hamster) but i'm sure she will drive beautifully lol everyone is shaking me down for the price - my lips are seeled. Lets just say it was very reasonable compared to other cars available. Cheers James |

Just thought somone might be interested in this. Managed to find a Japanese Magazine with my car in it ...
http://www.brown-cow.co.uk/mag1.jpg http://www.brown-cow.co.uk/mag2.jpg Anyone read Japanese here that can let me know what it says? Car is with me now, I would take snaps but some twat knicked my digital camera Going to do some prep work, like spray the interior matt black, respray the cage and do a few small issues for the English MOT - the car has been stripped of quite alot of stuff, stuff which is needed to be legal on the road in the UK. Cheers James http://www.eight-six.co.uk - read the blog! UK AE86 Forum - http://www.phpbber.com/phpbb/index.php?m...ghtsixcouk |
