Been to 3 local wreckyards, but could not find any mirrors and front lights from E8/Starlets. They are all empty
Gonna check at dealer tomorrow.

And the license plate lights were (too) easy to fix

Yeah, it can be a real pain finding stuff for toyota's on a scrapyard, these days those cars get shipped of to africa before they end up on the wrecking list...

Don't know what the dealer asks for an e8 headlight but if I remeber correctly i paid about 35 euro for mine. Ok, so it didn't have the toyota stamp on it but it worked, could track the receit if you want to know where I got it from, can't really recall anymore atm..

@Blackmane: If you want to please! More options is always better and the 35 euro sounds okay. I dont think toyota would be this cheap :S

Did you check at JOS? Located near the garbage burning facility in Sloterdijk. I thought it was on the Oostzeeweg.

And I there is one in Velsen (called sloperij rutte ) you need to check out as well. Been there recently and they had some E8s, a Supra and some starlets as well.

Okay fixed everything!

Just fixed my headlight yesterday. Just as Blackmane/Ivan pointed out, it was a broken ball-joint in the headlight unit.
F%#@ing pain in the ass to get the glass seperated from the housing .

Just went to the garage for re-MOT today morning.....and the mot guy is on holiday ..... without telling me lol. So have to wait another week or so...
I could do everything in time without rushing yesterday.

But oh well...everythings done!

Did you find a second hand mirror or did you have to buy a new one?

I bought a 2nd hand mirror from JOS, a starlet type side mirror. Needed to alter the rear side of the mirror to make it fit. It doesnt fit a snugly as the old standard one.

And from blackmane, i bought a front light from a E8 corolla from artaparts for 35 euros.

Ah, so now you have a spare glass for your headlight as well...

One that caused quite a lot of aggravation to get loose. Well be happy, I had to take mine off a second time because I hadn't glued it back together properly...

They were as quick with your order as they were with mine? Can remeber it only took like 2 or 3 days for it to arrive, pretty good...
