Peter: I got the drive shaft from Max - Ilegal Garager Thumbs up!

Pedro: None of the US users have had any problems to my knowledge... I know a few danes who got similar shaft using supra tranny and celica rear end with no problems.

pedro-siR Wrote:nice work. the other day i was considering in doing the straight driveshaft mode to my car also. But i noticed that the "line" of the transmision and the rear diff are not in the same position. So i thought if that would cause any trouble when the car is running, like vibration?

too bad you haven't been able to drive it around, but if someone has the same straight driveshaft, have you noticed any difference?

thanks. Thumbs up!

Skassa: I got it from Quick Pot, but it seemed to be in stock somewhere here in Denmark so I don't know if they are still being made...

Hey guys! I just wanted to let you know that I was back Smile I don't really have any update on this project but instead we bought our first house! We moved in nearly a month ago. We just got online again today Hurray!

The next month I'll be busy putting in a new kitchen and getting My ae86 through MOT so I can go to the Ring first weekend in april...

Thanks Oldskull!

I decided to get the car done soon (with help from my old man Smile )

Today central locking has been installed - well almost...
Tomorrow it will get some clear undercoating to prevent the paint to be chipped right off

After this I just need to get my seat fixed - the back rest is bend.

Ofcourse the are still a few minnor details, but after this it should go right through MOT - I hope Big Grin This way I can test drive it a bit before going to the Ring which properbly is a good idea after two years in the garage...
