The spec of the engine and drivetrain in my car right now is as follows:

• AE92 7rib block
• Lightened and balanced crank and rods
• Ported Head
• Custom ground inlet and exhaust cams (no idea on lift and duration)
• TRD Head gasket
• 20v Individual throttle bodies
• Jubiride intake port adapter (for 20v ITBS)
• Techno Toy Tuning billet intake trumpets
• Pipercross trumpet socks
• Trust tubular exhaust manifold
• Techno Toy Tuning cat replacement pipe
• Apexi N1 exhaust system
• Lightweight flywheel
• Bigger capacity clutch
• TRD solid engine and gearbox mounts
• TRD 2-way limited-slip diff 
• Freedom fully programmable ECU

I am pretty certain the car is programmed against throttle position.

I have pretty much the right ingredients - but seems like the engine computer is the problem. I think at some point the car will be off to Angleworks (BenR) to sort out the management - we just have to decide what.
