Hi boys an mayby some girls


I just bought a 85' Corolla AE86 from Switzerland with a 115hp engine.

I got some heavy plans for this car, it will be build like a racecar, but with a showcar finish. I will mayby race it a liltle, but just for fun. The engine will be a highly modified 4A-GE 16v with open ITB's and hopefuly, I will get over 200hp.

I olso own a Starlet EP70 with a modified 4A-GE 20v Silvertop, witch make 164hp with stock camshafts (150hp standard). Thats a lot of power in a 800kg FWD car


I newer worked on a 4A-GE 16v engine before, but I know pretty much about 20v engines.

Why dont you just put the 20V engine in the AE86,
and the stock 16V inside the Starlet?????

That way you ll have a race-car AE86 and still a pretty quick Starlet!

Because it will be rahter difficult and expensive to buil a +200hp 20v and because the Danish laws don't permit that engineswap.

Mayby I will use the 20v, if I spend all the money on the bodywork :wink:


But, I will see what the spring 2007 will bring
