160 Aus$ devide by 1.4 for price is USD and that price by 1.2 for Euro's. Not that expensive. You do have to find yourself some coilpacks and new wires though.

Other options are: make a bracket and power it of the front of the engine (also not that hard to do, fab up a pully system or something.

Switch to megaspark: Does away with the complete ecu for firing purposes. Probably not the easiest solution.

Have just collected the celica diff. But I'm not sure what I have on my hands here...
The axle is made for a 4-link platform and looks a damn lot like the T series rearend we pulled from Mux's hachi Yesterday. The axle is 134cm wide which is also wider than literature suggests for a TE22 axle, but less then the GTS's by 4.5 cm's.

Oh well, well see in what sort of condition it is soon enough. In the worst case I might have a T series LSD on my hands, we won't know untill I pull the pumpkin and measure up the crownwheel. Sortoff like treasure hunting this old car stuff. Exciting!

You can drive the distributor from the campulleys I think...I have seen it being done before, you can also buy kits so you dont have to do any thinking about this yourself..they are just more difficult to find..
